The light-flooded apartment is located on the first floor and offers a very special living atmosphere with its high, spacious rooms and a combination of carefully restored building fabric, new design elements and modern furnishings.
It has a living room with a sofa corner, a dining area and a separate kitchen with dishwasher behind a partition wall. Two large bedrooms (1x with double bed, 1x with two single beds) and a bathroom with rain shower and toilet are also available as well as a small hallway with wardrobe . Other amenities include WLAN, satellite TV and a private storage room for skis or bicycles in the basement.
A parking space on the property is available.

The apartment has been rated 4 stars **** by the German Tourism Association.

For the little ones there is a baby crib and a children’s high chair available. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement. There is also a communal garden area that you are welcome to use.

Smoking is prohibited in the “Blaues Haus”.

Pets are not allowed in the first floor apartment.
