The light-flooded vacation apartment is located in the attic and offers impressive views of the Wetterstein Mountains and the Zugspitze. The combination of carefully restored building fabric and modern furnishings creates a very special living atmosphere. In addition to the three bedrooms (1 room with double bed, 1 room with two single beds 1 room with 1 single bed), it has a living room, a hallway with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small bathroom with shower and two balconies. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a private storage room for skis or bicycles in the basement. A garage on the property is available.

The apartment has been rated 4 stars **** by the German Tourism Association.

For the little ones there is a baby crib and a children’s high chair available. Bed linen and towels are included. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement. There is also a communal garden area that you are welcome to use.

Smoking is prohibited in the “Blaues Haus”.

In the attic apartment pets can be brought on request.
