The light-flooded vacation apartment is located on the top floor and offers impressive views of the Wetterstein mountains and the Zugspitze. The combination of carefully restored building fabric and modern furnishings creates a very special living atmosphere. In addition to the three bedrooms (1 room with a double bed, 1 room with two single beds, 1 room with a single bed), it has a living room, a hallway with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and two balconies. Other amenities include WLAN, satellite TV and a private storage room for skis or bicycles in the basement. A garage is available on the property.
The apartment has been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association ****.
A baby crib and high chair are available for the little ones. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the cellar. There is also a communal garden area which you are welcome to use.
Smoking is prohibited in the Blue House.
Pets are allowed in the attic apartment on request.
Prices are for 2 people, including final cleaning, bed linen, and towels, plus visitor’s tax.

In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the contract by the guest we act according to the BGB (§651 i): After cancellation by our guests we try to rent the apartment again.
If we can rent the apartment again in the cancelled period, the canceling guest does not have to make any payments. If this is not possible, the entire rental price minus 20% deduction for savings on electricity, water, heating, etc. has to be paid.
Costs for final cleaning and visitor’s tax will not be charged if they have been stated separately.
We advise our guests with the conclusion of the rental contract to a travel cancellation insurance.
Prices are for 2 people and include final cleaning, bed linen, and towels, plus visitor’s tax.
Each additional person is charged €20 per night and a one-time fee of €15 for bed linen and towels. Discounts are available for children.
Deposit: €250.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Additional cot €10, one-time fee.
The local tourist tax is currently €3 per night for adults and
€1 per night for children aged 6-15.
